United Preference is a startup company that has built a new currency and financial transaction platform for delivering health and wellness incentives to health insurance members. As a management consultant, Riley acted as the Vice President of Product Innovation responsible for product strategy, innovation, and development (PSID), with an emphasis on the end users jobs-to-be-done and United Preferences’ value proposition to them.

At United Preference, Riley architected a health plan member-engagement product for delivering health and wellness incentives to insurance members.
